What is Prophetic Art?

Prophetic art is a partnership between artist and Spirit who releases an impartation of His presence into the work. The Spirit speaks to the artist through color and visual imagery, messages from the heart of God. For the viewer, it becomes an instrument of personal spiritual encounter. This expression through visual imagery can release healing, revelation or freedom differently than the spoken word can. Prophetic paintings are often directed to a certain group or even a nation and speak their message to a broad sphere of people and yet can be commissioned as a personal prophetic art with a specific message to an individual or family.
